Aussie Gems is a vibrant and growing gymnastics club located on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We offer a wide range of programs including WAG, MAG, Tumble, Cheer, Dance, and Recreational Gymnastics, from preschoolers to senior competitive levels.

We're currently seeking a passionate and qualified **WAG Coach** to join our dynamic coaching team. This role focuses on coaching competitive squads (Levels 3-8) and contributing to our positive, athlete-centred environment.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Coaching and assisting competitive WAG squads (Level 3-8)
- Preparing gymnasts for invitational, state, and interstate competitions
- Collaborating with a strong team of experienced coaches
- Supporting athlete progression and development
- Maintaining safety standards and up-to-date coaching practices

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to growth

**Essential Requirements**:

- Gymnastics Australia Advanced Silver or FIG 2 WAG qualification (or working towards)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Right to work in Australia
- Accredited member of Gymnastics Australia

**Highly Regarded**:

- ALP knowledge and Intermediate WAG Judging accreditation
- Experience in KinderGym/GfA coaching
- First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (can be obtained)
- Interest in mentoring junior coaches
