Are you a passionate and motivated coach with a strong background in Women's Artistic Gymnastics? Hornsby RSL Gymnastics is seeking an experienced **WAG Competitive Coach** to join our growing team and help support our gymnasts in achieving their goals.

**About the Role**:
You'll be working with our competitive WAG gymnasts (Levels 3-7+) in a supportive and positive environment that prioritises gymnasts' well-being, progression, and team spirit. This role is ideal for a coach who is confident in program planning, technical development, and enjoys working collaboratively within a team structure.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Planning and delivering high-quality training sessions
- Supporting Gymnasts skill progression and competition preparation
- Working closely with the Head Coach and other team members
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior coaches
- Attending competitions and club events as required

**We're Looking For**:

- Current Intermediate or Advanced WAG Coaching Accreditation (or working towards it)
- Experience coaching competitive levels (preferably Levels 3-7 or higher)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for gymnasts' development and a growth mindset
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
