**About the Position**

We are looking for **Certificate III Individual Support Worker **to join our team on a **part-time basis**. We have opportunities for reliable care workers that can commit to regular hours to support people in their own home.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will be nurturing, attentive, and responsible with a high degree of professionalism. You will have excellent communication skills and strive to have a positive impact on the wellbeing of clients. You will have experience in working with disabled people in the past.

You must also bring;
- Relevant proof of education or training in Individual Support
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and be able to work autonomously
- Demonstrated experience in individual or disability support
- Access to a vehicle, and a valid driver's license (for some roles)

Kairos Care Pty Ltd is a new and fast-growing disability support service team with a mission of providing quality support to people with disabilities. The services we provide are as follows: Psychology and Counselling, Community Care Nursing, Domestic Assistance, Skills Workshops, and Daily Living Support. We pride ourselves with our service delivery model which is person centred and holistic approach.

**Salary**: $22.67 - $41.17 per hour
