We're seeking an enthusiastic **Food & Beverage Supervisor** to join our team at **Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resor**t. This full-time role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional dining and event experiences.

**What you'll do**:

- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, and events
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide outstanding service
- Ensure smooth shift operations, from staff allocation to guest satisfaction
- Uphold compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager with rostering, ordering, and reporting

**Qualifications** What we're looking for**:

- Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
