Working with senior leadership, you will implement frameworks that support innovation while ensuring ethical standards and privacy protections.ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain Nine's AI and Data Governance frameworks.Support management of key data assets, ensuring quality and integrity.Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for new projects to ensure compliance with the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Identify and mitigate risks related to data privacy and AI use.Partner with teams to embed a 'Privacy-by-Design' culture and contribute to training programs.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in data privacy, governance, or technology risk.Practical understanding of the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and APPs.Experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments.Knowledge of data management principles, including quality and lifecycle management.Understanding of AI concepts and associated privacy challenges.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.Desirable Skills & ExperienceExperience in media, entertainment, advertising, or technology sectors.Familiarity with data governance roles and cloud platforms like Google Cloud.Knowledge of emerging AI governance and ethics frameworks.Relevant certifications such as CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E, or AIGP.Additional InformationWe are committed to diversity and inclusion.
