
Administration Assistant

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our client's established professional services team at their head office in Western Sydney. As the Administrative Officer, you will provide administrative support to staff and other key stakeholders to drive end-to-end business processes.
**Key duties**:
- Assisting with preparation, formatting and filing of reports
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls
- Providing administration support to the technical services team and management
- Cataloguing of photographs and digital archiving
- General office management e.g. ordering stationary, kitchen supplies, document shredding
- Arranging events, organising travel and accommodation for staff
- Assist with invoicing and billing
**Essential Criteria**
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Word, particularly data processing, formatting and proofing reports
- Fast and accurate typing ability
- Excellent communication and customer service ability
- Well presented for a business professional environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Capacity for empathy when liaising with clients dealing with sensitive matters
- Driver licence and own transport (P1 or above)
**Desirable**
- Previous experience in Legal Administration, Insurance, Construction, Strata Management, Property Management or Real Estate
- Medical transcriptionist or similar typing experience highly regarded
- Certificate in Business Administration or similar
**Hours of Work**: 8:30am to 5:00pm (1hr lunch break)
