About the Role : We're looking for a social media powerhouse to lead & build our social team from the ground up, as we continue to expand our social media offerings in both personal brand and podcasting . Over the last 12 months we have been secretly testing our social division / offering on limited clients, working closely with some of Australia's leading personal brands and podcasts, helping them reach millions of people across their accounts on social media leveraging the power of organic content, data & AI. We call this, a social engine. It time for us to take this division to the next level.
In this role, you'll be the strategic mastermind behind our clients social engines, driving audience growth and content consumption. Your objective is to build a service that filters out the noise, tracks the audiences next move and turn signals into content people become obsessed with. You objective is building customer experiences people fall in love with and building a team that can go from 7 figures to 8 Figures in ARR.
What You'll Do :
1. Build and Lead Our Social Division :
Build our social media division from the ground up
Hire and onboard the right people to create a killer team
Create systems that work and scale as we expand globally
2. Own Client Relationships :
Be the main contact between clients and our team
Focus on growing their audience and views (that's what they're paying for)
Report on performance and turn data into actionable next steps
Lead the creative and strategic direction for all client accounts
Guide content from ideation to going viral
Stay ahead of trends and platform changes so our clients always win
4. Manage Your Team :
Mentor team members and help them level up their skills
Keep quality standards high across everything we produce
Make sure everyone knows what great work looks like
5. Keep Pivotal Conversations at the Forefront of Social Media :
Manage the content strategy from start to finish without dropping the ball
Ensure deadlines are met and clients are happy
Streamline processes so the team can focus on creating viral content
What You'll Need :
Organisational Mastery : Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex accounts and projects simultaneously.
Self-Sufficiency : Proven ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and drive results without constant oversight.
Owner / Founder Mentality : You will be building a business, you need to embrace the founder mentality
Creative Strategy Expertise : Strong background in developing innovative social media strategies that drive audience growth and engagement.
Leadership Experience : Track record of successfully hiring, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
Growth Focus : Deep understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and growth strategies across platforms.
Content Excellence : Commitment to maintaining the highest standards for content quality and brand consistency.
Platform Expertise : Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram & YouTube
Communication Pro : Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present strategies and results clearly.
Cool Under Pressure : Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
Strategic Vision : Ability to see the big picture while managing day-to-day execution and team performance.
Agency Experience : Must have 4+ year in an agency

Salary Range : 120k - 180k + Super with growth and performance based incentives
