The Network Inventory Manager will provide authoritative advice to the Director and Senior Director of Supply Chain Services to enable informed decision making ensuring the supply of goods and services to our Hospital and Health Service partners is managed in an efficient and sustainable manner. The role is critical to driving inventory management outcomes to ensure exceptional standards of customer service, customer confidence, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness through the network.

The essential requirements for this role are:
Evidence of creativity and innovation with achievement of successful outcomes in similar roles in a complex business environment.
Demonstrated experience and sound technical capability in inventory control, business analysis, data analytics and development of prototypes, decision support systems and complex reports.
Highly developed negotiation, influencing, consultative, communication and interpersonal skills suited to supporting business realignment and process improvement.
Demonstrated ability to provide decision making, influential guidance and effective leadership under high pressure and tight deadlines to achieve key organisational objectives.
Demonstrated leadership capability, including capability to provide motivational leadership to the inventory team, and to develop a workplace culture of operational efficiency, continuous improvement and customer service.
Qualifications, registrations and other requirements
There are no mandatory qualifications required for appointment to this position, but possession of professional or tertiary level qualifications in relevant areas such as supply chain management and policy, accountancy, business management, project or change management will be favourably regarded.
