**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Inventory Management Specialist. As part of our dynamic airport environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt and distribution of inventory to allocated stores.

In this position, you will be responsible for administering goods receipts, verifying invoices, identifying and reporting shortages, and investigating discrepancies. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate stock levels, managing data entry, and overseeing inventory management processes.

To excel in this role, previous experience in a similar position or exposure to working in a large-scale retail environment is advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail, computer literacy, and excellent interpersonal skills are also essential. We operate 7 days a week, so flexibility with availability is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer goods receipts and verify invoices
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and investigate discrepancies
  • Manage data entry and oversee inventory management processes
  • Identify and report shortages

Requirements:

  • Prior warehouse/distribution centre experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Computer literacy at an intermediate level
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
