Inspired by urban surf, we're a rapidly growing business with over 40 stores in Australia and a team of over 500 committed individuals. We curate the best brands, teams and spaces and now we're on the hunt for the right person to be our Store Manager at our Echuca store.

**About the role...**
We are seeking a Manager to join our team at our Echuca store. The responsibilities of this role include:

- Crew leadership, management and administration
- Meeting targets and KPI's
- Maintaining merchandising standards
- Stock management/ Inventory control
- Train, mentor and coach Crew Members to work towards goals and succession planning. With the support of your Regional Manager and wider People team you will be passionate about training and coaching your crew to ensure succession planning opportunities within your store and wider KMD Brands network
- Creating a culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service

- The ability to drive sales and achieve targets
- Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching a retail team
