Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to spearhead our new store in Echuca.

About the Role:

  • Oversee daily store operations, driving sales performance and achieving KPI targets.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through team coaching, mentoring, and motivation.
  • Monitor store metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure exceptional store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management in line with brand standards.
  • Efficiently manage rostering and control labor costs.
  • Guarantee compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Support succession planning and team development to cultivate future leaders.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong focus on results and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and team development skills.
  • Able to drive sales growth and manage store performance.
  • Experience in stock management, operations, and visual merchandising.
