Hastings has been retained to identify an experienced General Manager to lead this luxurious property in Southeast Asia's most competitive and progressive hospitality scene. This is rare opportunity to make your mark on a stunning one of a kind property.

As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operations and performance of the venue. You have full P&L leadership authority, with annual budgets set in consultation with the owner

You are to are to drive a strong and sustainable team culture and strategic direction property. You will be constantly challenging the status quo and looking for opportunities for improvement. In an autonomous role you will oversee operational, Human Resources, Marketing and Compliance functions ensuring that they are all in line with the venues, objectives, goals and culture

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience running a high profile, high volume luxury venue

- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining high performing teams
