With a hands-on approach to all aspects of an organization's finances, the VP of Finance will ensure the company complies with tax laws and regulations specific to the industry we serve.
While candidates with an MBA are preferred, we will consider individuals with a bachelor's degree if they have proven experience leading sales teams.ResponsibilitiesServe as a financial advisor to the CEO and executive team for strategic planning purposesOversee all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparationDevelop appropriate tracking methods for revenue and expenses.Oversee development, oversight, and management of the organization's investment planLead and manage the budgeting processGather financial data for analysis and forecasting with respect to profits, trends, costs, and complianceCoordinate the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly reportsManage insurance coverage for the organization, including complianceProcess the financial activities of an organization to maximize a company's profits and plan for its growthEnsure a company complies with tax laws and regulations specific to that industryEducation Qualifications And Skills RequiredBachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related fieldFive to ten years of managerial experienceCertifications such as CPA, CFA, and CMA are preferredExperience with CRM softwareAnalytical skillsLeadership skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
