**The Role**

We are currently searching for a motivated, quick thinking individual to join our rapidly expanding team. As the Head of Production you will be responsible for ensuring the successful production, R&D and on-time delivery of our ground up developed, class leading apparel and accessories. As roles go, it's a big one

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a broader Production strategy that is in line with Company OKRs and allows rapid expansion globally
- Act as a part of the senior team to ensure the business is keeping ahead of production trends and staying relevant.
- Sourcing & Factory relations through a global supply chain
- Improve the products being developed by engaging our community at a grass roots level
- Establish, analyse and report on key performance indicators to ensure continual progression of the department - namely, project manage on time delivery with our production partners located throughout the world
- Drive Growth of the Production department, Develop and implement new and dynamic Production solutions to build the LSKD Production Team to best in class.
- Oversee the LSKD Production team, managing the full employment cycle from recruitment to onboarding, performance development and ensuring they are well equipped, educated and ready to make class leading products.

**Essential Skills / Experience**
- An extensive organiser with an eye for detail
- Experience in large scale clothing production including raw materials through to delivery in our purpose built fulfilment centre
- General knowledge of online office tools
- Demonstrated experience in the field with ideas of how a progressive Production Team should continue to challenge the norm.
- Exceptional team management and the ability to identify talent that aligns with and promotes our community
- Experience within E-Commerce platforms desirable and other software such as Dexion, Style Arcade, Shopify, 3Clicks, and Asana.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the LSKD community, brand mission and values
- Actively identifies new areas for learning and needs to stay up to date and leading edge in area of expertise
- Strong communicator and clearly conveys information and ideas in a focused, appropriate and effective manner
- Ability to hit deadlines and work that extra mile to get the job done on time
