Nextt are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part Time **Female** **Disability Support Worker** to join our team in **Greenvale**, VIC. This opportunity involves supporting a male client residing in a **Supported Independent Living (SIL)** environment.

**About the Role**
Our client has **complex behaviours of concern** and **significant communication needs**. Strict adherence to his **Behaviour Support Plan** and **daily routine** is essential to ensure consistency and quality of care. He enjoys engaging in a range of creative and expressive activities, including **cooking, coloring, drawing, dancing, singing**, and **baking**.

**Rostered Lines Available**:
Please be advised shifts mentioned below the position number must be completed in full by the same support worker, unfortunately rosters cannot be amended.

**PPT 5**
30 hours per fortnight

Week 1
- Monday 16:00pm to 19:00pm - 3 hours
- Tuesday 7:00am to 10:00am - 3 hours
- Thursday 16:00pm to 19:00pm

Week 2
- Monday 7am to 10am - 3 hours
- Tuesday 16:00pm to 19:00pm - 3 hours
- Friday 6.30am to 9:30am - 3 hours
- Saturday 11:30am to 19:00pm - 7.5 hours
- Sunday 14:30pm to 19:00pm - 4.5 hours

**Required Credentials**
- Current First Aid and CPR certification - or a booking confirmation to complete
- Valid driver's licence
- Your own vehicle with comprehensive insurance - you must be a listed driver
- VIC Working With Children - Employee
- NDIS Worker Screening Check - Employee
- Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You module

**Rates**
SCHADS Award - Permanent Part-Time (PPT) Schedule E SIL, before tax
**Base Pay & Shift Rates**
- **Day Shift (Mon-Fri)**: $33.03/hr
- **Afternoon Shift (Ends 8pm-12am)**: $37.16/hr
- **Active Night Shift (Ends after 12am or starts before 6am)**: $37.98/hr
- **Saturday**: $49.55/hr
- **Sunday**: $66.06/hr
- **Public Holiday**: $82.58/hr
- **Sleepover Flat Rate**: $57.99 per sleepover
