This role focuses on delivering domestic assistance and person-centled care to clients in rural, regional, and remote Australia.
You'll be part of a team that supports clients to live independently and with dignity, with flexible hours to fit your availability.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities for multiple clients (e.g., showering, dressing, mobility support).
Assist with household tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dishes, laundry, bed-making, and cooking.
Support clients with shopping, meal planning, and grocery budgeting; accompany them on shopping trips as needed.
Ensure client safety in the home and promote a clean, safe living environment.
Record visits and notes in the client management app accurately and promptly.
Demonstrate flexibility by adapting plans to changes in clients' schedules and priorities.
What You'll Bring
A heart for helping and genuinely caring for others
Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)
License, reliable car, comprehensive insurance
WWCC, First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Tech-savvy enough to handle a smartphone or tablet

Role Details
Casual Support Worker
Location: St Helens, Scamander and neighbouring suburbs
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible hours to suit availability)
