**Job Title: Outbound Sales Consultant - Meal Delivery Service (Seniors)**
**Location**: Clayton South, VIC
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Type**: On-Site

We're a growing meal delivery service that provides fresh, nutritious meals to seniors across Melbourne. With a focus on care, convenience, and quality, we're helping older Australians live independently and eat well - and we're looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Consultant to help us grow.

**About the role**:
You'll be speaking with people who have already shown interest in our service - no cold calling. Your role is to follow up with these leads, provide helpful information, answer any questions, and guide them through getting started if they're ready.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having meaningful conversations and wants to work in a purpose-driven environment.

**What you'll do**:

- Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling)
- Build rapport with potential customers, primarily seniors and their families
- Understand their needs and explain how our service can help
- Provide friendly, informative support and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

**What we're looking for**:

- A confident, clear communicator with great listening skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping people
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not essential
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills and a positive attitude
