**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Workforce Reporting, Positions and Systems you will be responsible for developing and managing the reporting required by the HR team.
You will act as the team's expert in research, analysis and reporting and will be expected to work independently to complete analysis and reporting projects.
Working across multiple systems you will be responsible for configuring and collating data to be fit for purpose.
You will manage the provision of regularly reports to internal stakeholders and support the HR Operations team to streamline their reporting processes.
You will work in according with data compliance and ethics guidelines to ensure industry standards are met.

**The Criteria**

To be successful in this role you must have a relevant tertiary qualification and have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience within the HR data analytics space as well as experience extracting data and reports. You will be confident reporting on analysed HR related data to key stakeholders at all levels across the business.
You must have a proactive and adaptable work style with exceptional attention to detail.
Previous experience working with the HRIS Workday and the analytics tool Power BI is highly desirable.
