We are looking for an **EXPERIENCED FEMALE ONLY **disability support worker to support a participant of ours based in **AUBURN NSW. IMMEDIATE START. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN OR NEAR AUBURN.**

Guide Me Disability Centre is a registered NDIS provider of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities. We are committed to the well-being of the people we support, while providing opportunities that lead to independent lifestyles.

The job is to assist a 27 year old male participant with autsim and personal hygiene care. He lives with his family in their private home. You will work with another support worker during the shift, he is funded for 2:1 care. **THE SHIFTS ARE 7 DAYS PER WEEK. 0730-0930 IN THE MORNING AND 1800-2000 AT NIGHT. IF YOU CAN ONLY DO MORNING OR NIGHT OR BOTH THAT IS OK. BUT YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DO A MINIMUM OF SIX SHIFTS.**

**The applicant must hold the following**:

- Contactor must hold an ABN.
- Requirements: a minimum 12 months of experience working with people with disabilities.
- WWCC, Police Check, NDIS work screening check and be prepared to obtain the necessary further certifications.
- NDIS Modules.
- Flexibility is crucial, as the position may involve working late shifts and accommodating varying schedules to fulfill self-care duties.
- Have a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Australian work authorisation.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
