**Female Support Workers Needed - Western Sydney**

Myndiecare is looking for skilled female support workers to provide dedicated care to a participant with complex mental health and developmental needs. Join a respected NDIS provider focused on high-quality, person-centered support.

**About the Role**:
We seek compassionate professionals experienced with clients facing challenges like schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder (BPD), trauma, and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines, fostering emotional stability, and implementing therapeutic care plans.

**Requirements**:
**Female Applicants Only**: As per participant's preference.
**Experience**:Background in mental health/disability support, particularly with schizophrenia, BPD, or trauma-informed care.
**Certification**: Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, NDIS or mental health qualifications are required.
**Attributes**:Compassionate, reliable, patient, with strong professional boundaries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $41.72 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
