**The Purpose**:
Working alongside a close-knit, experienced team, you will drive continuous improvement and strategic impact across the business by leveraging your advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, curiosity and pro-active nature and working closely with a variety of business partners.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where you will help to drive business impacts by supporting a set of strategic processes that optimise portfolio outcomes, evaluate strategic and investment choices, deliver invaluable financial analysis, insights, valuation and modelling, and support ongoing business and operating reviews.

**As the Commercial analyst you will be responsible for**:

- Financial analysis, valuation and modelling.
- Turn complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Design operationally and commercially viable frameworks.
- Create and maintain dynamic commercial models that support decision making for customers and senior leadership.
- Produce high quality reports and presentations for all a variety of stakeholders.
- Partner with a wide variety of internal functions.
- Develop and present presentations on various commercial initiatives and projects on an ongoing basis.
- Assist in the design and implementation of strategic processes (including business reviews, operating motions etc).

**The skills & knowledge you need to have**:

- 2-4 years of corporate finance experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Advanced technical skills via financial modelling experience or a highly numeric tertiary education (ie. Actuarial studies, Mathematics, Quantitative Economics/Econometrics)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to complete financial modelling and data analysis.
- Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (Commerce, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Studies, Engineering, and/or Law)
