Our client, a Machine Manufacturing organisation based in Forrestdale are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Tooling & Vendor Management administrator to join their team on a temp to perm opportunity.

Start: ASAP

Location: Forrestdale

Length: Temp to Perm opportunity

Hourly Rate: Approx. $35 ph

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Offering administration support to the Service, Payroll and Branch Operations teams
- Time sheet data entry
- Raising job cards/repair orders and costing job cards
- Assisting the Service Manager with the scheduling of services
- Assisting with customers queries effectively in a timely manner
- Preparing and issuing repair quotations
- Invoicing of service jobs
- Addressing customer queries
- Updating data bases, filing and generating reports

**Experience Required**
- 1 years' working experience in a similar role, within the **tool management industry**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced organisation and coordination skills
- Ability to work with high volume data
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reporting skills desirable
- Dynamics experience (Beneficial)
