Our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team partner with businesses to help them adapt and respond effectively to the challenges of a constantly changing world, this is done by delivering thought leading transformational solutions. **Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you have the unique opportunity to be a foundational member of a new start-up business, building the Perth Salesforce practice from the ground up. With sponsorship from our executive leadership, this opportunity will provide the freedom to explore new innovative solutions to meet a variety of unique business challenges -with the depth and breadth of experience from Capgemini, a global Salesforce leader. Your day-to-day activities will involve a wide range of activities - from pre-sales through delivery, with access to experts to support and guide you along the way. As a strong business analyst and functional consultant in the Salesforce practice, you will be instrumental in gaining customer credibility through your understanding of the customer's business needs. Your role may entail mapping out processes and business requirements, configuring Salesforce to meet these requirements, and liaising between business and technical teams to translate business needs into more technical requirements and solutions. As a self-starter, your curiosity and passion to understand the business challenge and passion to provide the right outcome will drive you.
Salesforce Functional Consultant (Consultant/Manager)
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. In this role you'll be:
- Designing and creating Salesforce solutions for high profile clients.
- Leading workshops and running requirement gathering sessions to determine client needs and provide solutions.
- Mapping out processes and identifying and prioritising business requirements
- Liaising between stakeholders and the technical team - translating business needs into technical requirements for the team to solution in line with client requirements.
- Developing business relationships to drive opportunities with our clients and cross service line.
**Let's talk about your capability and experience**:
We're looking for individuals who love being challenged and can build lasting relationships with clients. Ideally you will have expertise in most of the following areas:
- Be able to proactively work in a fast-paced environment, as a team
- A background in business analysis and Salesforce configuration
- Excellent communications skills to liaise with all levels of stakeholders regarding Salesforce capabilities
- Proven experience in facilitating requirements gathering workshops
- At least 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar business analysis or functional consultant role.
- Work with the team to design and present your solutions to key client stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform
- Problem solver to help propose enterprise-wide solutions
- Salesforce certification preferred: Admin plus Sales or Service Cloud.
