Due to significant growth and internal movement a fabulous opportunity has arisen to join RAA's local friendly Retail Sales Team. We're looking for people who are passionate, customer centric and enjoy creating memorable experiences for our members. To be successful you will have a drive to succeed and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone while multi-tasking with computer systems.

Our Retail Sales Consultants provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, coupled with achieving brilliant sales targets together with:

- Ensuring quality conversations to identify customer needs and offer best solutions.
- Being the first point of contact for our members and potential customers.
- Utilising procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
- Becoming multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA's extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.

We pride ourselves on ensuring our staff succeed, and as such, RAA will provide a thorough and structured training program. The role will be commencing **Monday 11 September **which will include **4 weeks full-time training **of system and product knowledge.

Our contact centre is open Monday - Friday between 8am to 6pm (you'll work on a rotating roster during these hours
- shifts are 8 hours with opportunity for overtime) as well as some rostered and optional overtime Saturday shifts between 9am to 12pm.

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

- Experience providing excellent customer service and a passion to help others.
- Previous sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient with the use of computers.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
