Exceptional opportunity to join a high functioning team looking to grow their existing team Based in renovated offices in Rhodes a location close to public transport, and onsite parking available our client offers an enviable culture and supportive team environment.

Due to growth, we are looking for experience in residential post settlement home loans and processing of constructions loans and managing progress payments.

**More specifically**:

- Review discharge forms to ensure that all information and supporting documentation has been supplied and is correct.
- Completing required break cost calculations and payout figures.
- Working through instructions from the panel solicitors, ensure that all final payout figures are prepared to meet settlement.
- Manage all allocated files within the agreed service levels as directed by the Team Manager.

**What are we looking for**:

- Strong understanding of PPSR and mortgage discharge processing
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in commercial finance or banking environment.
- Experience in Banking and Financial Services essential

**Skills**
- Good knowledge of home loan principles
- Previous experience in a processing role (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Forward-looking thinker with robust problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer, literacy and numeracy skills, and excellent attention to detail
- Experience in the review of security documents and preparation
