Exceptional opportunity to join a high functioning team looking to grow their existing team Based in Townhall near the stations, a mortgage processing firm is seeking two discharge officers to join their expanding team.

Due to growth, we are looking for experience in mortgage discharges to join the team and work with a panel of lenders.

**More specifically**:

- Review discharge forms to ensure that all information and supporting documentation has been supplied and is correct.
- Completing required break cost calculations and payout figures.
- Working through instructions from the panel solicitors, ensure that all final payout figures are prepared to meet settlement.
- Manage all allocated files within the agreed service levels as directed by the Team Manager.

**What are we looking for**:

- Strong understanding of mortgage discharge processing
- Minimum 6-12 months experience in a similar role in a banking environment.
- This is a permanent role and the company is expanding

**Skills**
- Good knowledge of home loan process and knowledge of discharges
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer, literacy and numeracy skills, and excellent attention to detail
