Telehealth Clinic Administrator opportunity with global Medical Cannabis company, based in Brisbane

**Your new company**

An exciting opportunity with an International Medical Cannabis Company. They are based in Brisbane and are a market leader in their space. They are fast paced, well established and rapidly growing in a booming industry. They are looking to onboard a new Telehealth Clinic Administrator to join the team.

**Your new role**

You will be focusing on direct patient care and provision of telehealth service. You will schedule appointments, liaise with doctors & pharmacists, deal with inbound & outbound phone calls, administrative tasks, manage billing processes & engage in day-to-day clinic operations.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Customer Service or Admin background
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident telephone & IT skills
- Previous experience in the Healthcare/ Medical industry is preferred.
- A passion for how medical cannabis can improve the lives of patients
