Job Description

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through our telehealth platform.

As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will provide virtual consultations and patient assessments, helping individuals across Australia access quality care from the comfort of their homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conducting virtual consultations via phone and video for general health concerns, chronic conditions, and acute presentations
  • Providing prescriptions, referrals, pathology requests, and ongoing treatment plans
  • Reviewing structured patient histories before consultations to improve clinical efficiency
  • Carrying out follow-ups and long-term care management, ensuring continuity of care
  • Supporting a diverse patient base, including individuals in regional and remote areas who may have limited access to in-person care

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Medicare Provider Number eligibility to claim, refer, and request services

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively
