We are seeking a full or part-time showroom assistant who is driven to succeed in a competitive market.Expected Duties Include:Discuss kitchen & bathroom products knowledgeablyProvide customers with product details, specifications, pricing, and availabilityProcess sales orders, purchase orders, and returns accuratelyDesign and provide project layouts that are dimensionally accurate, practical, and installableBuild and maintain customer relationshipsPresent products effectively within the showroom environmentCover the showroom when needed and work on a set schedule including SaturdaysRequirements:Passion for customer serviceAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge or experience with 20/20 or equivalent CAD design software is preferredExperience in the kitchen & bath or builder-remodeler industry is a plusMust be at least 21 years old, with the ability to pass background and drug screeningsBenefits include a competitive compensation package, medical, dental, life, short & long-term insurances, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, paid holidays & vacation.
This is an hourly position with bonus earning potential.Robertson Heating Supply is a family-owned HVAC & Plumbing Distributor operating for 90 years with 39 locations across Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana & West Virginia.
