**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Remuneration and Benefits Coordinator who is enthusiastic, keen to learn, and provide day-to-day support to our Rem and Ben team with a variety of tasks.

You will be an innovator who is passionate about the field of remuneration and benefits. This role is part of our APAC HR team, where you can learn and absorb all there is to know from our senior Rem and Ben Manager. This is an exciting time to join Fujitsu. We are looking for someone who is willing to grow with the role as the function and business continue to evolve. It is important that you have the credibility and passion within this field to succeed. **About You**:
To succeed in this role, you will have:

- An introduction to HR, having been a graduate or worked in a support role where you may have gained a taste for the remuneration space and are keen to pursue a career path within this niche field.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Good communication skills, including presentations, verbal, written, and corporate communications.
- A high level of skill in building effective relationships internally and externally.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines/tasks given.
- A solutions-focused attitude and the ability to problem-solve.
- The willingness to learn and grow is just as important as your experience to date.
