After more than 35 years operating as a successful uranium mine, the Ranger Project is entering its rehabilitation stage and offers an exciting opportunity for you to make a positive impact on the environment.

ERA has engaged the global engineering firm, Bechtel, to support ERA as Delivery Partner for ongoing study work.

Bechtel will be working alongside ERA and major stakeholder Rio Tinto to restore the land to the status of its surrounding World Heritage listed Kakadu National Park. A collaborative project, this project will be developed in consultation with the Mirarr Traditional Owners and will benefit the Jabiru community.

Located 8 km east of Jabiru and 260 km south-east of Darwin, the Ranger Project will lead the way in the fast-growing area of mining closures.

In your role as **ICT Team Lead, **working with and** **under the direction of the Site Manager,** **you will be responsible for co-ordinating the information systems, communications and technology requirements for construction-related facilities for the ERA Ranger Rehabilitation Project.

You will work collaboratively with your Bechtel IS&T (Information Systems and Technology) global peers to ensure IT infrastructure; information systems and data exchanges are implemented in line with Bechtel standards. Governance direction and support will also be available to you via the Brisbane-based Project IS&T Operations Lead.

This role will be based on site at the Ranger Mine jobsite offices where you will be assigned on a fly in/fly out roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off) flying to and from Darwin - with a drive to the Jabiru work site - where camp accommodation is provided.

This role has two primary responsibilities:

- Ensure the required ICT infrastructure and communications are planned, established and supported in line with project execution requirements at the jobsite.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides oversight and guidance to junior infrastructure / automation support staff
- Supports the development of IS&T plans across the project lifecycle and oversees implementation of IS&T technology, including but not limited to IT network infrastructure (carrier services, routing, switching, outdoor wireless, fibre), deploying server and desktop computing equipment
- Builds relationships across the project team:

- Works in close collaboration with site disciplines (Workforce services / ER, Construction, Field Engineering) to plan and implement field productivity communications, site radio systems, site access control and other digital technologies and initiatives
- Works in close collaboration with customer IS&T and field technology disciplines to ensure the needs of all jobsite stakeholders are fully considered
- Collaborates with the Project Integration and Automation Manager, the Applications Support Lead and Document Management Lead to develop solutions to bespoke problems
- General IS&T management activities such as risk assessment and management, IT equipment and services procurement and contract co-ordination, scope of works development, stakeholder engagement and communications and supports the project's cost control and scheduling efforts.
