**About the role**:
As a Specialist - Marketing, Search Engine you will be excited by new ideas, curious and always looking to engage and delight customers with exceptional search experiences.

Reporting to Manager - Digital Strategy & Performance, you will be responsible for the management, optimisation and continuous improvement of the paid search marketing program to deliver on key digital marketing goals and objectives.

You will develop, implement a program of paid search marketing campaigns, and initiatives that contribute to achievement of the overall digital marketing strategy with innovative and targeted copy.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Creation, management, and optimisation of paid search marketing activity on Google and Microsoft Ads platforms
- Engage and collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement high performing search marketing campaigns
- Development and implementation of ongoing optimisation strategies for continuous campaign performance improvement
- Monitor, analyse and report on SEM program and campaign performance
- Create and deliver captivating creative and compelling copy that drives high engagement and maximises conversion rates
- Define campaign budgets, align goals, and ensure adherence to SEM best practices

**What will you bring?**
- 2+ years search engine marketing experience with a demonstrated understanding of digital media, creative and data
- 2+ years campaign development experience within Google Marketing Platform - Google Ads, Campaign Manager 360 and Search Ads 360 and a demonstrated track record of achieving strategic objectives, Google certified - Google Ads, Google 360 Suite
- You have a passion for digital marketing and will work as part of a cross-functional team to achieve key business objectives.
- You will have strong data and analytical capabilities to drive performance and site traffic growth using market and competitive data to identify and maximise opportunities.
