**About this role**
As a Regional Asset and Scan2BIM Leader, you will be managing projects during the modelling phase, but also advising on asset data and modelling standards for As-Built modelling projects, workflows, training & managing all aspects of the As-Built Modelling Staff & outputs. You will report to the Australasian Regional Digital Leader.

**What will I do?**
- Work with the BIM Management & Reality Capture teams to deliver Scan2BIM models - managing modelling resources across the Australasian Region, along with QA/ workflow aspects of the Scan2BIM modelling deliverables.
- Be an advocate for BIM / Digital Assets - delivered by as-built models with clients through presentations and workshops, with the Digital Twin / Digital Asset Management focus assisting in winning projects.
- Plan and oversee digital and software development projects relating to BIM/Scan2BIM/Data.
- Provide training, evaluate, develop, and mentor staff to upskill modelling, coordination and use data effectively.

**What will I bring?**
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant Industry Experience.
- Membership of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership.
- Proven working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines - and Arup's related procedures including OH&S.
- Ability to collaborate and think outside the square to solve problems.
- A commitment to enabling positive, respectful, and inclusive team environments.
