**About The Role**

We're looking for a Field Merchandiser who is passionate about helping customers win. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed. The purpose of this role is to protect and grow the Dulux product market share. You'll do this through initiating and developing opportunities in store, building strong relationships and providing superior customer service.

This casual opportunity requires you to work 3 full (8 hour) weekdays.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining key relationships
- Increase the sales of Dulux products in each of the 3 stores you'll be looking after
- Provide outstanding customer service, provide accurate and relevant product advice to customers
- Managing inventory standards
- Negotiating, securing and building promotional stands
- Involvement in new product launches and store category reviews
- Product training for store staff and consumers
- Confidently explain the benefits of our products to consumers

**Skills & Experience**
- Be enthusiastic and self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate excellent rapport and relationship building skills
- Self-motivated, results driven and display an outgoing and proactive attitude
- Have excellent customer service skills (retail and hardware experience will be well regarded)
- Basic merchandising skills will be highly regarded
- Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
- Be able to show initiative and problem solve
