THE ROLE...As a Retail Sales and Stores team member at Beaumont Tiles, you'll play a dual role -delivering outstanding customer service in the showroom while also supporting warehouse operations.
Your goal: to ensure every customer leaves delighted and inspired by their experience with us.Reporting to the Store Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily involve driving sales and providing exceptional service.
You'll also assist with warehouse duties, including stock management, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.This is a dynamic role that requires you to multitask across the showroom and warehouse, contributing as a key member of our passionate and high-performing sales team.Within this role, you'll be responsible for:Bringing our GREATER sales program to life, every single dayCrushing sales targets and uncovering new business opportunitiesCreating wow-worthy customer moments that lead to loyaltyBuilding strong relationships across retail and trade customersKeeping the store looking sharp, stocked, and ready to impressBecoming a product guru through hands-on training and demosWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM.
