**The Opportunity**

Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced SharePoint Technical Expert to lead their transition of SharePoint on-premise sites to SharePoint Online. The services will be performed by the Specified Personnel from the Canberra office. Minimum 2-3 full days per week in the office.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Work closely with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements.
- Lead technical design activities and contribute to project planning.
- Design scalable, efficient, and reusable components
- Handle coding, testing, remediation, and documentation to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.
- Provide development and implementation advice, share technical knowledge, and coach team members.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- 5+ years' experience with SharePoint migration and Power Platform development.
- Proficient with ShareGate and other migration tools as well as skilled with PowerShell Scripting.
