About the Position

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Power BI, PowerShell, Office 365 and SQL Server.

  • A thorough knowledge of the SharePoint admin center, SharePoint and Power Automate workflows, and MS forms.
  • Experience working in an APS setting (preferably within a technology/records management role).

This role requires driving technology change and problem solving for the organisation. The successful candidate will help maintain existing and deliver future Digital and ICT Strategies.

The responsibilities include ongoing administration, technical operational support, and maintenance to the various Microsoft SharePoint environments. This includes providing Tier 2 & 3 administration and SME guidance relating to SharePoint and associated technologies (OneDrive, MS Teams, Purview, Power Platform etc.).

The position also involves some additional business as usual duties including service delivery queue management, change management (for solution related changes), end-user training and health checks/reporting as required.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled SharePoint administrator with experience in administering and governing SharePoint Online and its associated technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
  2. A strong track record of delivering technology solutions that improve efficiency/productivity for a bigger team.
