Reporting to the Lead Architect, you will be responsible of following defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces. You will also Support the installation and configuration of software, and test specific versions of one or more of these products.

**In addition to this, you will be responsible for**:

- Support the installation and configuration of software, and test specific versions of one or more of these products.
- Build, document and implement technical solutions within best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.
- Utilise appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures.
- Support the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of IM/ICT changes, including the evaluation of risks to the integrity of specific infrastructure components in proposed implementations.
- Actively participate in a team of specialist technical resources in the delivery of complex technical solutions.
- Perform administrative functions and other duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn eHealth Queensland's ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident / problem / change / configuration management.
- High level understanding and technical skills administering the following:

- Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft SQL experience
- Demonstrated high level technical expertise evidenced by the ability to provide professional support, advice and solutions.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders

Are you right for this role?

To be successful in the role, you will have Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn eHealth Queensland's ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident / problem / change / configuration management. You will also have High level understanding and technical skills administering Azure Active Directory and Microsoft SQL experience.

Furthermore, you will have Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
