Director - Queensland at Emanate Technology

Emanate Technology is a fast-growing, well-established IT recruitment firm with offices in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide. We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Brisbane team.

You'll focus on recruiting Project Services professionals across contract and permanent roles in the Queensland commercial sector, maximising opportunities in current clients, carving out and growing your own portfolio within a business on the rise

What you'll be doing

• Driving growth, building relationships, prospecting, closing, and exceeding client expectations
• Recruit top IT Project Services talent, managing end-to-end candidate processes
• Build and develop strong client partnerships through business development
• Leverage existing relationships to open doors for yourself and your colleagues
• Actively network across the tech community, representing the Emanate brand
• Cross-sell across other technology verticals and collaborate with peers
• Help shape marketing strategies to build new client pipelines
• Manage contractors to ensure seamless delivery
• Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity
• Mentor and train junior consultants (where required)
• Live and breathe Emanate's values and guiding behaviours.

What we're looking for

• Proven recruitment experience in technology, transformation, or project services
• Strong consulting, account management, and business development skills
• A track record of building and maintaining quality client and candidate relationships
• Resilience, passion, and the drive to deliver outstanding outcomes.
