**A bit about the role...**
The Performance and Quality Coordinator supports the Performance and Quality Manager and the Operations Team to ensure BUSY Ability meets or surpasses Employment Program compliance, performance KPIs, and budget targets. The Performance and Quality Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Performance and Quality Manager to support the business with the management of all customer incidents and complaints, Work for the Dole activity management, and the creation and upkeep of documentation of all required processes of both Employment Programs. In addition, the collation of evidence in response to Department and CoAct requests for targeted compliance reviews, and other internal and external Audits, including communication of learnings to relevant areas of the business to ensure required improvements.
This is a full time role until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension. This role can be based from any of our offices across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

**A bit about your experience**
- In-depth understanding of Disability Employment Services and Workforce Australia Employment Program compliance requirements and Department Documentary Evidence Guidelines
- Experience with Workforce Australia Work for The Dole program, Activity Management and Progress Payments
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Experience in coordinating and conducting internal and external audits
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
