**The Organization**

**Care Family Practice** in Lower Templestowe, is a GP owned and operated medical practice, is committed to providing high quality health care for our patients and proud to offer a wide range of medical and allied services to the community.

**The Opportunity**
This established medical clinic requires additional medical receptionist support to offer exceptional front desk service to our patients and administrative support to our Doctors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy medical practice and be part of our friendly supportive team.

The role is offered on a Part Time (Permanent) basis, expected to be 20hrs per week.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Experience working in a general practice is desired (but not essential)
- Experience using medical software such as Best Practice is preferred (but not essential)
- An eagerness to learn our procedures, training provided.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Assisting patients with their enquiries, bookings
- Billings and receipts
- Use of medical software eg: Best Practice
- Scanning results and letters
- Working with a friendly team
