Essential skills and experience encompass leadership in security and safety operations, exposure to security roles in educational or similar environments, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Other requirements include a current valid employee Working With Children Check, certified copies of qualifications, and a current unencumbered Victorian Drivers Licence.
