Recipe Developer Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Recipe Developer to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our recipe development team, you will be responsible for creating and refining delicious meals that meet our high standards of flavor, cost, complexity, and customer satisfaction.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global food technology company and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Create recipes that balance flavor, cost, complexity, and customer satisfaction
Test and refine recipes in our test kitchen
Work within parameters to deliver recipes that meet our product roadmap
Participate in recipe tastings and provide feedback on recipe flavor, composition, and methods
Become an expert in customer preferences and flavour profiles
Implement learnings from customer and tester feedback into future recipes
Support the team with culinary projects
Qualifications:
1–2 years' experience in recipe development (meal kit, media, magazine, or test kitchen)
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a food-related field
Exceptional written skills for clear, concise recipe methods
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
