Queensland Corrective Services is seeking a health and safety professional to manage the agencies online WHS solution, provide expert advice and guidance on work health and safety matters and deliver robust health and safety management systems.
As the Principal Consultant (Systems and Development) you will leverage from existing WHS frameworks, partnering with the various work areas and other business units to help to ensure a fit for purpose, operational holistic health, safety and wellbeing management system across QCS.
This role will directly support the Manager HSW Systems and Development in the identification, development, implementation, management and delivery of the WHS reporting solution, systems, policies services and programs of work which will promote a sustainable workplace health, safety and wellbeing culture for QCS.
As a member of the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team, your focus will be to contribute to QCS's commitment to providing and maintaining a culture for a safe, healthy, and supportive working environment. Our team is committed to fostering personal and professional growth while advancing performance improvement, engagement and organisational development. We also work flexibly, balancing business needs with our work style and driven to deliver outstanding results.
