**About the Role**

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced **Lead Commissioning Technician **to join us and work on multiple renewables project. You will provide hands on leadership and supervision to our field crews and ensuring works are completed in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Coordination and distribution of work scopes to personnel ensuring timely execution in line with the project schedule.
- Interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, specifications and project plans to determine sequences and method of operation.
- Install and connect electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, communication systems and other electrical equipment required.
- Install and terminate electrical wiring, cables and conduits, ensuring proper organisation and routing. Maintain accurate documentation of wiring diagrams and circuit configurations.
- Installation of electrical switchboards.
- Checking control sequences, interlocks and safety features to ensure they operate correctly.

**About You**
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in Civil Construction, Engineering or Electrical sectors.
- You must be a licensed Electrician or have a provisional license that is certified by the Electrical Licensing Board of Western Australia.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams and driving successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in working to and meeting deadlines and project deliverables.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders.
- High level attention to detail with strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- The ability to work in fast paced environment and be able to prioritise, multitask and think on your feet.
