Supported Living Facilitator| Disability Services, QCSS- Employment Term: Casual- Location: Gladstone- Remuneration: $43.23 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

- Your part in our UnitingCare team
- You'll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
- With no two days ever the same, you'll spend your time on the road completing your scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes completing activities that include:
- In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing- Must be available to drive between clients with your own vehicle- Hours are mainly Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
- What makes a difference for us?- Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent support to clients and co-workers- Able to effectively communicate in spoken and written English- Experience working in the Disability, Aged and Community sector is ideal but not essential - as long as you have positive attitude and a willingness to learn- A current NDIS Worker screening check- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (required before you start)- Open Drivers License and access to vehicle- Car Insurance that is in your name
