We are currently seeking experienced Hospitality Workers to provide support to residents at our Bethanie Beachside Aged Care Facility located in Yanchep. Bethanie Beachside is a 160 bed modern aged care home fitted with the latest in modern conveniences and has been designed specifically to create a homely feel for our clients & staff alike.

To be successful in this role, you will have a good eye for detail and be of a friendly nature, as interaction with our residents is one of the core components of this role.

These roles will be offered on a casual basis and will form part of our casual pool who provide relief across both morning and afternoon shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The successful applicant must be willing to work across the following departments listed below:
**Food Services Assistant**
- Ensuring set up, service, washing and clean down are completed
- Ensuring residents' meal and hydration needs are met
- Assisting in preparation and portioning of meals
- Ensuring dining and kitchen areas are clean and safe
- Facilitating a safe and happy mealtime for all residents

**Domestic Assistant**
- Ensuring bathrooms, toilets, furniture, fittings, floors and communal areas are kept clean and tidy
- Ensuring supplies are stocked across the facility
- Liaising with other employees to ensure the needs of our residents are met
- Ensuring residents' personal clothing is individually labelled and put away in their rooms, identifying items that require mending

**About You**:

- Possess a passion for, and previous experience working as Food Services Assistant or Domestic Assistant / Cleaner ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment
- Have a "can do" attitude and a genuine compassion for our residents
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to uphold the vision, mission and values of The Bethanie Group
- A current police clearance or willingness to get one
