Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, overseeing all aspects of food service including menu planning, food quality and resident satisfaction.

Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility is essential. Compliance with relevant health, safety and aged care regulations must also be upheld.

A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards is critical for this role, as is the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the hospitality and support services team.
  • Oversee all aspects of food service, including menu planning, food quality and resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and aged care regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in hospitality management.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Hospitality Management.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
  • Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Influenza Vaccination.
  • Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
