Princess Polly is a progressive and forward-thinking company, on the hunt for a highly skilled and motivated Social Responsibility Analyst who will be the driving force behind our carbon strategy and factory sustainability program. This newly created role will be the focal point of our efforts, you will be instrumental in accurately measuring our progress, mapping our journey, and achieving impactful reductions. But this role is so much more than just data capture - it's about fostering a deep understanding of patterns, enabling informed decision-making, and unlocking immense efficiency gains through centralised data analytics responsibilities.

**What success looks like as our Social Responsibility Analyst;**:

- Environmental footprinting:

- Conducting environmental modelling to assess and quantify the company's environmental impact.
- Enhancing and expanding the functionality of our in-house calculator to accurately measure and track our environmental footprint.
- Implementing water footprinting methodologies to evaluate and mitigate water-related impacts.
- Factory environmental impact:

- Identifying areas for improvement to minimise the environmental impact of our factories.
- Developing strategies to increase factory participation in sustainability initiatives.
- Contributions to external benchmarking and compliance reporting:

- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to contribute data and insights for external benchmarking assessments.
- Ensuring compliance reporting requirements are met and streamlining the reporting process.
- USA site data capture:

- Designing and implementing systems for efficient data collection of waste, energy, and CO2 emissions at our USA sites.
- Developing and implementing reduction solutions based on the captured data to minimise environmental impact.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 2-3 years experience as an analyst in any field, bonus if as sustainability analyst
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills required
- Highly organised, with experience arranging data to be rolled forward
- Experience working in a sustainability role with a focus on biodiversity, climate, and/or water required
- Bonus to have experience with Mode, Shopify
- Plus if conversational in Mandarin or Spanish
