Job Description With growth forecast in our Rural and Agribusiness division, we are looking to expand our transactions team in Victoria with the appointment of an Associate Director for premium rural properties and agribusiness assets.
Reporting to the Head of Agribusiness, Transaction Services, you will assume a key role in the development and implementation of sales campaigns for a range of Agribusiness assets including commercial mixed agricultural operations, beef cattle, dairy and sheep assets, permanent crops, grains and pulses, other pastoral operations and intensive farming land.
The scope of the role will include: Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for the Colliers Agribusiness team.
Build and maintain strong visible relationships with regional contacts by maintaining a high level of market presence in our marketplace, using media mentions and consistent vendor paid advertising with exclusive appointments.
Analysing the sale of properties and client's probability & potential of Agribusiness going to market timelines.
A strong importance of driving internal relationships between Collier's product lines via referrals both ways.
